Payroll that no longer takes two days
A growing Industrial HVAC Solutions company · approximately 60 employees
The business challenge
The HR team was holding things together with tools that didn’t talk to each other. Attendance came from biometric devices, leave approvals happened over WhatsApp, and payroll was built by hand in Excel every month. Reconciling attendance was slow, employees had no way to check their own records, and preparing payroll took close to two full working days. Management had little real-time view of who was in and who wasn’t.
Our approach
We started with the process, not the software. Before configuring anything, we simplified how attendance, leave and payroll move through the business. Then we put structure around it — managed attendance, a digital leave-approval workflow, employee self-service, and automated payroll. Finally, we connected payroll to the accounts, so payroll journals now post into the accounting system on their own. That removed duplicate entry and gave finance cleaner numbers to work from.
